FAQ
What happens if my application is rejected?
We re-submit free of charge if the rejection came from a government error. If it came from a document error we fixed in your Loom, we cover the re-submission government fee once.
Do you need my passport?
No. A photo of the passport data page is all we need.
How fast do I get submission proof?
Standard 12 hours, Priority 6 hours, Emergency 2 hours. The Express add-on brings Standard down to 2 hours.
Why is your gorilla permit $600 when others charge $800?
We deposited $20K with UWA and hold a 50-permit first-pick allocation for 2027. Proof is available on request. Sellers at $800 are working without an allocation.
Can I pay after approval?
$1 locks your slot and the balance is due after your first submission proof. Emergency tier is paid in full before government submission.
