A Visa Specialist reviews the case and issues a service recommendation or a payment link. Urgent cases cannot be purchased directly.
MixedTrips service fees do not include government application fees, courier costs or other third-party expenses. MixedTrips handling times begin only after all required information and documents have been received, reviewed and confirmed complete. Government processing and decision times are controlled by the relevant authority and cannot be guaranteed.

Do I have to complete the eligibility check before paying?
Yes. The check confirms whether we can take the case as a standardized product, whether a Visa Specialist needs to review it first, or whether we cannot accept it at this time. You only reach checkout once the case is eligible to proceed.
What is included in the service fee?
A personalized document checklist, passport and photograph review, application-form review, one correction cycle, submission confirmation with a timestamp, application-status monitoring and decision notification. Government application fees are charged separately.
When does the submission commitment start?
Only after all required documents are received, reviewed and confirmed complete. Standard is submission within 12 business hours from that point, Priority within 2 business hours during supported operating hours.
Can I buy the urgent service directly?
No. Urgent cases are assessed first. A Visa Specialist reviews the destination, nationality, documents and government conditions, then issues a recommendation or a payment link.
Do you guarantee approval?
No. The decision is made solely by the relevant government authority. We manage the application, the documents and the submission, and we keep you updated until a decision is recorded.
Which destinations do you cover?
Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania and Zambia are available as standardized products. Other destinations are accepted only after a manual case assessment.
